Stickam on Macbook pro
I recently Stumbled onto Stickam, a very slick free online streaming video service, it allows anyone to stream high quality video to as many people as you like without hogging all your bandwidth. I see it used by people like Leo Laporte and the guys from Diggnation, so I signed up and fired up the "Go Live" part of the sight with no luck getting video using the built in eye sight camera in the laptop, so after looking in the worthless help section of the sight I just started poking around and being a windows user I right clicked (control click) on the area where my video should be and went into the settings of the (I assume) flash and found an icon for the camera and went through the settings and found that the setting that works with the internal camera was USB Video Class Video (other choices being Firewire and DV video).
So if you run into no video on stickam using your macbook internal camera try this tip and let me know how it goes

As a bonus in the lower area
As a bonus in the lower area of your stickam screen will be a fully functional chat room.
It should be easy to fix.
It should be easy to fix. For some reason Adobe Flash wants to recognize any USB device that you have plugged in as a camera and will sometimes seem to invent cameras (It says I have a firewire one even though the new macbook has no firewire port).
Start Stickam, choose "Allow" when it asks for access to your camera, right-click > settings > camera tab > change the drop-down menu to USB Video Class Video.
The light by your iSight should come on and you should be recording.
