Convert Video to Tivo - VisualHub

I watch the videocasts on Tivo like CrankyGeeks and CNet, but there are a few like Diggnation and CommandN that I have wanted to watch on my bigscreen TV not my laptop, so converting the downloaded video to the correct format has always been a pain until I was introduced to VisualHub ( http://www.techspansion.com/visualhub/ ) it pretty much takes any format video and converts it to any format, there are profiles for everything from VCD to a special one for Tivo. I took the latest Diggnation podcast that iTunes downloaded, drug it into the Visual Hub windows and selected the profile I wanted, picked the output directory and fired it off, it took some time on my G4 to encode the video but when it was done I threw it in a place where my Tivo looks for videos and selected it from the Tivo remote, it transfered and I started watching it strait away, This seems to be a great application and with drive space getting as cheap as it is (check for great drive deals at http://www.bundysbargains.com ) I am thinking of ripping all of my dvd's using this and having them available to watch from either of my Tivos. I have most of the pieces in place to have a very cool media setup throughout the house if I would just get off my ass and put all the pieces together.
