This site is just a Windows guys trials of trying to switch to a Apple Mac. A little about me, I as a Jr. High and Highschool student of the late 70’s early 80’s I never saw an IBM compatable PC, I did spend a ton of time on a TRS-80 and the SOL-20 (for you old people) I did receive a TI-99 Texas Intruments computer for Christmas one year, even got the “Extended Basic” cartridge for it…. then once I had a car girls were more important than computers I guess…

I worked in the electronics field for quite a few years… then ended up doing a few other things and didn’t really touch a computer again until I was in my 30’s.. and ended getting a job in the Mechanical Design field… well this required me to be sitting in front of a PC for 8 hours a day, so I have grown used to Windows. I have a good friend that is a die hard Apple guy and has been for years and years… He convinced me (through showing me how easy it was to do really cool stuff) So I went out and found myself a Bondi Blue mac… granted it was older hardware, so I added ram, replaced the hard drive with a larger one and loaded the newest OS (OS X 10.2 I think) may not have been the fastest thing but allowed me to play..

There was a lot of things that I found to be pretty neat on the Apple and it seemed unreal as far as easy… if I was just browsing the internet and playing music, once I got to a point where I had certain tasks in mind is where this site will start out. anyone reading this is more than welcome to comment on my thoughts or contact me on any topics I list. This is purely things I have went through and either struggled with or found easy…
